Terms of Service - Drawing Services
Keep in mind the ToS is designed for Personal Use, may end up different depending on what we agree upon.
● The Terms of Service is NOT final and may change at any point in time, so please check back before ordering.
● Customers who break the agreement and scam me (like reverting payment transfers) will be blocked and added to global blacklists unable to commission ever again, don't be an asshole.
● Commercial Rights are not included, unless agreed upon.
● Commercial Rights Fee usually range between +0% to +50%, can be shares, discussed and decided in DM's.
● Unless otherwise agreed upon. Delivery Deadline is 2 Weeks upon recieval of payment.
● By Commissioning me at listed rates you get the following rights:
- To use the Artwork however you want, in any personal, non-monetary context
- You're allowed to use the Artwork as Reference, in Streams, on Websites, for Marketting, for no additional cost
- If you wanna use it in any other monetary/commercial context, you have to get my permission first
- Monetary/Commercial examples: Album Covers, Book Covers, Game Assets etc
● Likewise, I retain the following rights: ( unless otherwise is agreed upon )
- To Stream myself drawing your Artwork
- To use the Artwork in Monetary contexts
- Examples I may use Artwork in: Fansites, Fan Artbooks / Portfolio / Marketting of Services
- I have no intention of using commissioned art for anything other than what I listed above
- If I do use your Artwork, it is with the intention to market us both
- If you want any of this changed, please tell me BEFORE going through with the deal
● There are NO Refunds once started, with ONE exception, I fail deliver your artwork before Deadline.
