Terms of Service is NOT final and may change at any point in time, please confirm with me you agree to the Terms of Service before finalizing the order.

Customers who break the agreement and scam me (like doing charge-backs) will be blocked and added to a shared & public blacklist, unable to commission me, and many others, ever again, don't be a disgusting asshole.

"Limited Streamer Rights" are included in listed pricing. For other Commercial Rights. See Rates Below:
- Personal Use = Included in base price (Any usecase that doesn't generate money)
- Limited Streamer Rights = Included in base price (read what this allows & limits below)
- Full Streamer Rights = +40% of Model Price (+30% if payed up-front together with model)
- Merchandise Rights = Varies
- Unlimited Commercial Use = +150% of Model Price

"Limited Streamer Rights" grants you the right to, free of charge, Stream, Make Video Content & Post on Social Media, using the Model, Monetized, Under certain Views/Following/Earnings limits etc. The limits are as follows:
- Cannot earn more than 10,000$ a year (Salaried Full-Time/Part-Time job does not count towards this limit)
- Cannot have over 10,000 followers on Social Media
- Cannot be a Partner on Twitch, Affiliate is allowed.
- Has to be an Indie Streamer, for Agencies etc, contact me!
- IMPORTANT: Within 30-days of one of these limitations being exceeded, you need to have decided which commercial package you're paying for (Full Streamer Rights is the automatically recommended one).

I will not start working on the model until I got my first payment. ( unless a Payment Plan is agreed upon )

Upon Delivery, I still retain the rights to use the model for any Portfolio & Marketting related purposes.

I own the full rights of the Model until Payment is fully recieved. You are however allowed to use it in ways we agree upon during a payment plan still, given the payments are made in time.

Delivery Deadline: Agreed upon privately, varies depending on various factors.
( usually 2 months )

Rush Fee (+10% to +50%)
is an additional cost for models with tighter deadline than I'm used to, it's compensating for the extra stress and pressure I'd have to endure to finish it early. 30 days is my hard limit (for a Full Package).

Secrecy Fee (+10%)
is an additional cost for models that doesn't want me to stream on Twitch/Youtube or share on platforms the process of me working on the model before it's finished, for example, if you don't plan to do a reveal until sometime after it's finished, (which means I can't stream while I'm working on it) then this fee is applicable to you.

Payment Plans are available, with conditions:
- Monthly Payment is subject to approval
- A 100$ payment to start the commission is required (does NOT go towards the total price)
- Maximum 6-months
- Additional Fees may apply if payment plan exceeds 6-months. (Contact)

Quality Insurance:
- I will for free fix small errors & mistakes based on your feedback for 30-days after delivery
- Up to 3 times / sessions, so please give me information regarding bugs you find efficiently
- Any bugs / fixes / maintenance desired past the 30-day period will have a price

Refund Policy:
- No REFUND allowed once I start work on the model, with a few exceptions,
- I will do a partial-refund only if I don't deliver the Model in a usable state within the agreed Delivery Deadline, and you choose to NOT use it,
- Or, if I'm unable to finish the Model cause of unforeseen circumstances (example, severe sickness, car accident, arm damage)
- Refund will be no more than 30% for unforeseen circumanstances, no more than 10% for "usable state" delivery past deadline.
