Terms of Service is NOT final and may change at any point in time, please confirm with me before ordering.

Customers who break the agreement and scam me (like reverting payment transfers) will be blocked and added to a shared blacklist, unable to commission me, and some others, ever again, don't be an asshole.

"Streamer Commercial Rights" grants you the right to, Stream & Making Video Content using the Model, Monetized, for other profit usage, fees may apply, please contact if you plan to use outside of Streaming or Video Content. (an example of this is using it as an asset in a game)
●
"Streamer Commercial Rights" are included in listed pricing, unless, you are earning over 100,000$/year OR have 100,000 followers upon time of commissioning. If this is the case, please contact me.
● You will receieve model files first AFTER full payment is recieved.
● I will start work on it after 50% of the Full Payment has been received.
( unless a Payment Plan is agreed upon )
● Upon Delivery, I still retain the rights to use the model for any Portfolio & Marketting related purposes.
● I own the rights of the Model until Payment is fully recieved.
● Delivery Deadline:
usually 3 months.
( May be longer for models with multiple outfits, agreed upon in DM's )
● I will keep you updated on the Model Progress as I'm working on it.
● Rush Fee is an additional cost for models with tighter deadline than I'm used to, it's compensating for the extra stress and pressure I'd have to endure to finish it early.
2 month deadline is my hard limit.
● No REFUND allowed once I start work on the model, see Refund Policy below.
● Payment Plans are available, with conditions:
- Total Rig price has to be over 600$
- Maximum 12-months
- Fees may apply if payment plan is longer than 2 months.
● Quality Insurance:
- I will for free fix small errors & mistakes based on your feedback for 30-days after delivery
- Up to 3 times / sessions, so please give me information regarding bugs you find efficiently
- Any bugs / fixes / maintenance desired past the 30-day period will have a price
● Refund Policy:
- I will do a partial-refund only if I don't deliver the Model in a usable state within the agreed Delivery Deadline.
- Or, if I decided mid-way that I am unable to finish the Model cause of unforeseen circumanstances (example, car accident, arm damaged)
- Refund will be no more than 50% for unforeseen circumanstances
- Refund will be no more than 20% if model is used even if late delivery, or if I fail finishing it fully
